Over the past few years, thanks to the hard work of previous Chairmen, the junior section has seen great success and expansion. With this growth in numbers, and also the rapid expansion of the girls’ section, it has become necessary to share some of the planning and management responsibilities amongst more volunteers.
To this end, we’re pleased to announce that we now have created two new Chairperson roles to see that the junior section is run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
After a few years’ break, Will Hasler is back with us as Junior Chairman, looking after the Under 5 to Under 11 groups, Simon Capel will continue but now as Youth Chairman for the Under 12 to Under 18 ages, and we are also joined by Patrick MacDonald as Girls’ Chairman to assist Sarah Osborne and manage the successful expansion of Women's and Girls’ Cricket within the club.
We’d like to thank them for their help and look forward to working with them over this coming season.
