We use an online system called PLAI for membership registrations, renewals and payments. We also use PLAI for match availability and match fee payments.

When we have received your email detailing any changes that are necessary, we'll amend our database and email you back when this has been done.
NEW MEMBERSHIP ENQUIRIES
Before registering for membership, please email us on info@wctcc.co.uk. This is especially important for junior players as we have limited places in each of our age groups. We’ll then send you a link to the online membership system where you can register.

Senior Playing Memberships

*defined as 'post student members 25 years old or under at the start of the season'
Student/Junior Playing Memberships

U5 - U8 Boys and Girls (Reception - Year 3) - £50

^defined as ‘in Years 12 or 13 at school or in higher education'

Non-members (or before membership fee is paid), any match will be asked to pay £15

COMPLETING YOUR MEMBERSHIP FORM
Once you have contacted us and had your PLAI app profile set-up, you will need to download the PLAI app and then follow the instructions in the video below. If you are a new member, please do not action this until you have been in contact with us first.
