JUNIOR FAST BOWLING DIRECTIVES

The ECB has updated it's directives regarding junior fast bowling workloads. The updates can be found here.

It is important to note that these directives do not replace the maximum overs in a spell directives that already exist. These new directives supplement the previous guidelines, adding additional layers such as the maximum overs a bowler can bowl in a week and the need for rest days.
