We're pleased to announce that Hugh Warmisham has stepped into the breach officially as captain of the Third XI for 2024!
After standing in for a stint last season Hugh has officially taken over the reigns with Matt Luckhurst stepping back from the role after three successful seasons.
Matt oversaw a very succesful run for the Thirds as they won back-to-back promotions in 2021 and 2022 and finished a solid mid-table last season. Overall under Matt's guidance the Thirds won 36 games, tied two and lost just 10 times. A win percentage of 75%!!
The club would like to say a huge thank you to Matt, who will continue to play, and wish Hugh the best of luck in the coming season!
