PLAI Sport next steps

Dear Members,


Hopefully you will have already seen our message last week detailing our intention to switch to a new digital platform - PLAI Sport. If you missed it, or would like a refresher, you can revisit the message here.


Next month on 4 December is when we intend to go live on the PLAI Sport app.


As previously communicated, PLAI is a modern mobile and desktop platform that will improve the way we all engage with the club through its user-friendly interface, streamlined communication functions and broader club management features.




IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ


GDPR - we will be transferring your data from LoveAdmin to PLAI Sport next week. If you prefer not to have your data transferred, please inform us by 2 December by contacting membership@wctcc.co.uk.


PLEASE DO NOT create a PLAI profile in advance. We will do this for you as part of our transfer process from LoveAdmin to PLAI Sport.


 

Next Steps

Unless we hear from you, you will automatically receive an email containing a username and a password for login next week on 4 December.


On receipt of these credentials, simply click the ACCEPT TEAM INVITATION button in the email to verify your account (this is important) and then LOG IN to the PLAI Sport app with the credentials received.


Once you're in be sure to update your profile and ensure your information is correct - you’ll see a circular icon in the top-right corner of your home screen to action accordingly. You can also change your password if you wish. Then, have some fun and familiarise yourself with the app’s functionality! This will ensure you feel comfortable and confident as we go fully live on the platform.


Spond - For those still using Spond this winter, please continue to do so until we advise otherwise.


Support and Assistance - We understand that many of you may have questions or concerns. Rest assured, a smooth transition plan is in place and we have plenty of time between onboarding next month and the new outdoor season commences.If you encounter any difficulties during the installation process or have any enquiries about the PLAI features, you can reach out to the PLAI support team directly any time at support@plaisport.com. Their support team will typically come back to you within 24 hours or you can reach us at membership@wctcc.co.uk.
