We want to make you aware that our Club Management App, PLAI, is undergoing a major update early next week.
Many of you will have automatic app updates set up on your phones, which means the app will update without you having to take any action.
However...
Some people may have to update the app manually.
Some people may have to reset their password to comply with new security settings.
An information shown in the graphic below, covers all of these scenarios.
Importantly, the wallet feature in the current version, where you add money and the system auto pays match fees, is not going to be available in the new version. PLAI have said that anyone with money in their wallet when the update happens will be contacted next week and their money will be refunded.
Representatives of our club have had the opportunity to suggest new features for the new version of PLAI. We are very hopeful that it will provide a much more streamlined experience for both our members and our administrators.
