In preparation for the 2021 season, the club is organising a bulk kit order with our suppliers.
The reason is due to our suppliers confirming that they currently have reasonable levels of stock but for obvious reasons they can’t guarantee stocks will last. As a result, they have suggested that we submit a bulk club order to help allocate the kit they already have in stock and quickly identify any shortages.
With this in mind, we are looking to act quickly and will be sending our club order to the supplier on 11th March.
You may also be aware that the club has adopted a new logo for the 2021 season and we are very excited and can confirm that all kit will feature the new logo.
How to Order
To submit your order request, please hit the link below and complete the Google Form. All orders will need to be submitted before 10th March. Should you wish to order a single item more than once (for example if you are ordering for multiple children) you will need to complete the form more than once.
How to Pay
Once completed and our suppliers have confirmed stock, we will be in contact with you to arrange payment to be made into the club account, the club will then forward a bulk payment on your behalf.
Assuming that we hear back from our supplier promptly on whether they are able to fulfil the orders in full/part, we have set a provisional payment deadline of Sunday 14th March.
Please note, at the suggestion of the supplier, the club is simply helping collate members kit requirements to allow a bulk order to be made. The club will not become embroiled in any disputes or any issues with the kit once the order has been made and paid for. From the point of payment, the responsibility will lie between the member and the supplier as though the purchase had been made as an individual order.
How to Collect Your Order
The plan is for the kit to be returned to the club in bulk so we will be in contact with all those who have ordered kit as soon as we receive it. How we process and distribute kit will be confirmed nearer the time but likely to be at a dedicated time and venue, e.g. Thakeham pavillion.
