We are delighted to say that the club is now being sponsored by Thakeham Homes. As part of their sponsorship, Thakeham Homes will be providing all our 2024 junior members with branded club clothing.
Under 5-8 age group players will receive a free training shirt logo’d with the club badge. The club is ordering these shirts in bulk. Members/parents only need to collect their shirt from the club.
Under 9 to Under 16 age group players will be able to order a free* coloured club playing kit (shirt and trousers or skort) via the Masuri/NXT webshop.
Please note, the club has decided that as of this season all junior teams (from U9 upwards) will play matches in coloured kit, so please order your kit in good time to ensure it is delivered before the season begins.
This generous offer is for one set of new kit per child, so please look after it and be aware that replacements will need to be purchased as per the usual process.
The process this year for claiming your free* clothing for your child(ren) is as follows:
RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP
To be eligible to claim the sponsored free clothing, you must sign up and pay for your child(ren)’s membership first. In early February we will send you online membership forms for your child(ren). Please sign-up and pay their membership(s) as soon as possible.
UNDER 5-8 AGE GROUP
Reception to Year 3 at school
You will be able to collect training shirts from the West Chiltington Rec pavilion on Friday 19 April between 5.30pm – 7.30pm.
Alternatively, if you are unable to attend on this day, you’ll be able to collect training shirts during the Friday evening training sessions starting on 26 April.
UNDER 9 to UNDER 16 AGE GROUPS
Years 4-11 at school
You will be emailed a 100% discount code* for each of your children within three weeks of paying for your membership (please note that these codes may arrive via a separate email for each child).
Each code can be used to purchase one set of playing kit for your child on the Masuri/NXT webshop.
Full instructions of how to do this will be emailed along with your code(s) and will also be available online in due course.
