Please be aware of two important meetings being held at the club on 7 November.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

West Chiltington Rec, 8pm

Notice is hereby given that the AGM of West Chiltington & Thakeham Cricket Club will be held in person at the main ground on West Chiltington Rec on Friday 7 November 2025 at 8pm. Please do arrive in good time.

All members are welcome to attend the meeting and are encouraged to pre-submit questions and/or motions they would like raised. We are welcoming questions if you cannot attend. Please email the Club Secretary, at info@wctcc.co.uk

SENIOR CRICKET REVIEW

West Chiltington Rec, 6:30pm

Prior to the AGM there will be a meeting held to review senior cricket at WCTCC. It's been five years since we last held something similar to this, at which point we laid out plans for the years that followed which we believe have now been achieved. The aim of this meeting is to open up the discussion to include all members with a vested interest in senior cricket at the club paying particular attention to the direction, objectives and ambition for the next five years. This is not limited to Saturday Sussex League cricket, but also includes Sunday/friendly cricket, Women's Sussex League cricket and men and women's Sussex Slam.
