ABOUT
WSACO is running the following free workshops for new(ish) umpires over the next winter period as follows
One of these courses will be held in the pavilion at our Thakeham ground.
Sunday 30th November 2025 at Abingworth Meadows Cricket Ground.
Sunday 1st February 2026 at Arundel Castle Cricket Ground.
Both will run from 10am to 4pm.
The courses are FREE and aimed at occasional umpires, coaches/parents who might umpire senior matches (WCTCC) and anyone wishing to brush up on the laws. These workshops are not the official ECB course but are ideal for those who wish to umpire in our club games.
