Thakeham Ground Grand Opening Party

We are delighted to announce that we will be celebrating the opening of our new ground at Thakeham with game of cricket and evening party.

2pm - We will be playing a 20/20 match from 2pm onwards vs. a Developers and Agents team (who have been involved in building our new facility).

5.30pm - In the evening we will have a hog roast, BBQ, Bar and Live Band in the new pavilion. The bar will be open serving real ale, lager, wine, spirits and soft drinks. PLEASE NOTE THE BAR WILL BE CASH ONLY. Our band for the night will be The Superstrings, who play a mix of swing, gypsy, jazz and bluegrass. A fiddle, guitar and bass, three guys and some real swinging tunes...

Just for this particular evening junior coaching will be held at Thakeham (NOT West Chilt). The first session will start at 6pm and the second at 7.15pm. There will be no training at West Chiltington on this date only.

Parking will be tight, we are arranging for extra space to be made in the village, please look out for signs and directions. Please park as carefully and closely as possible and car share where possible.

We hope as many members, families and friends of the club will come and celebrate with us during the day and into the evening.
