About the Event
Join your fellow players, supporters and friends at West Chiltington and Thakeham Cricket Clubs end of season celebration dinner. There will be a set three course dinner and wine on the table plus a fully stocked bar. There will be the annual player and club awards, raffle, auction and heads and tails fundraiser. We will depart from the hall to the club pavilion for post event drinks and partying at approximately 10.30pm.
Drinks at 6.30pm, carriages at midnight (ish).

Seating will be arranged a week prior to the event. if you wish to make up a party, of whatever size, then please let us know with whom and we will ensure you are sitting together. Email info@wctcc.org.uk with details.
The dinner is suitable for all players (that qualify to play senior cricket), partners, guests and supporters of the club. Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. That adult will be responsible for their well-being and ensure they are returned home safely.
